Health Lifestyle



  Put on your thinking cap, try asking yourself, have you been on healthy diets? Have you gotten sufficient rest each day? Or even, have you been performing healthy lifestyle by doing sports regularly? Your answer lies with yourself. If you do not, start off with some basic healthy habits.

Now, I want to tell you about my health lifestyle. First of all, you should not smoke. In my life, I have lots of friend and some of them is a heavy smoker. I spend more time with them and sometimes I feel disturbed with their smoke. I have warned them but they be like “come on bro , you are a teenager , cigarette is a part of teen life”. When we play football , they get tired easily and make me pissed off because we play just like 5 minutes and was not fun. Smoker will easily get tired because the cigarette itself contain lots of chemical substances such as nicotine , tar , methanol and other dangerous substance. If you smoke , try to figure out some ways to stop that bad habits. Smoke is bad for health.

Secondly , you should do some physical activity such as jogging , cycling and other. During my free time , I always go for jogging , skating or football. It make me sweat and its good for health . You should do at least 30 minutes of physical activity on most days. At least , you spend your free time with good activity. Moreover , I always keep my diet on right way. “Right way” I mean is follow the food pyramid. I always take meal on right time. I often take fruit on breakfast and try not to add salt to food on lunch or dinner. And never skipping meals.

Therefore , try to lose weight if you are overweight. I do go to gymnasium at least 3 times a month and a good thing is it not spend a lot of money. Sometimes , I go to jogging every weekend. I do not need to get a perfect weight because to be a perfect weight , we must very very very care about what we eat. We can not take heavy meals and its dispointed.
Having a healthy lifestyle is what you make it. It is not as hard and expensive as people say. It is just people having to change habits and get used to eating healthier. LIFESTYLE by Maisarah




Based on definition of  lifesytle, lifestyle is a way of  living of  one individu or a group of  people in coping with their physical, phsycological, social and economic environments on a day-to-day basis. It can be expressed in both work and leisure behavior patterns in activities, attitudes, interests, opinions, values and allocation of  income. Lifestyle also  reflects people’s self image or self concept and the way they see themselves and believe they are seen by the others. Lifestyle might being a good or bad or both condition. I also have my own lifestyle and yes, I love my own simple lifestyle.


First, I have a better physical lifestyle at home before I start to be college student because I was more active in joining school activities. Every evening I went to work out with my friends and didn’t lack  of my study at night. During weekend and especially public holiday, I will help my mother to do house chores such as swiping the floor, cleaning the kitchen and tidy the bedroom. My body got a balance nutrition by eating my mom’s cook and drinks more than eight glasses of plain water per day. I felt more healthy when I live at home.


My parents always beside me and give me some advices every day. They told me to be cautious when choose a friend. They don’t want me to involve myself in something bad that I don’t understand. I have a best friends that always give me support. Usually we will spend our free time together and hang out to release tension. We go for shopping, movies, games and sometimes just relaxing our body at the nearest lake.  


Its different with my life as a hostel student. I woke up early in the morning and sleep after midnight everyday. I spent most of my time with laying on my bed. I’ve done my assignments, eat, drinks, playing games, and scrolling my twitter timeline only on my bed. Stress with the lazy roommates. Stress with the assignments. I only go for eat when I feel hungry and only buy some plain water for drinks. I didn’t get enough water to drink. No more shopping, movies and games. I need to save my money for eat, buy the things that I need  and think about the cost for printing my assignments. How poor I am here.

                Assalamualaikum, and good afternoon everybody . Today I want to share to readers about my healthy lifestyle. What is healthy lifestyle? Am I doing this kind of lifestyle. The answer is yes! Healthy lifestyle sure is about how to be healthy everyday . It is important to all people and to me too because everyone wants to be healthy .By following this healthy lifestyle , our bodies can maintain its immune system consistant and protect ourselves from any common decease such as flu , fever and migrain or headache. Nowadays , half percent of our society cant control their lifestyle and getting sick by doing various of factors such as false habits like eating junk food, smoking , drinking to much gasious or alcoholic drinks and take excessive drug or pills.

                  By these factors happening to our young generation , I want to show you some tips about how to live in healthy lifestyle based on expert. first of all is drink a lot of water especially a water processed by river osmosis that produce oxygen in water able us to become more healthier and feel refreshing. Doctor recommend that we should drink at least eight glass of water in everyday . As student in college life , I would bring a bottle of drinking water to the class to ensure my every segment of my class I can focus hundred percent to my lecturer teaching me and I felt much refresh along day. Another recommendation from me, when you pick a tea bag , please choose a green tea for benefits to your body such as its is good for blood circulation and its help you to clean your body from any toxic in your body that could bring to you suffering in long term.             



                      Next tips absolutely that we should have balance diet for healthy body. Nowadays, everybody know that what is balance diet is, from primary school ,we have been teach about balance diet, balance diet is encoding to food pyramid . It piece of cake means it easy to perform practically , but its hard to maintain it consistently to our habits. Some people determined to maintain his balance diet in a month but they cant fight their bad habit when picking a food, then half of them failed to do so because they have a bad dicipline. Balance diet encoding to food pyramid summary, we should eat more veggies like carrot, cabbage and spinach to give our body more vitamin to become more healthier. Eat 1/2 dairy food like chicken and beef to give our body growth to muscle . Plus , we should eat more food that consist of fiber , example like whole meal bread , and oat to balance your body weight and avoiding obese. After that we should cut off food that contain more sugar and oil because its have many disadvantage to our body and it can cause to chronic problems.Chronic problems is like diabetes , obesity , cancer and heart disease. So if you want to be a healthy person ,you should alert to balance diet.

              We can conclude that we should make healthy eating and physical activities fun and habitual, for example by trying out new sports,games and other activities as well as new food. In doing so, we will grow stronger stay active longer, look and feel much better. My confession is I like 
how my body feels when I'm in shape . I like to wear comfortably and living a healthy lifestyle is important to me.

SELF-IMPROVEMENT



To be a qualified person, I think I have to make some transformations into myself and stand on a better position. Eventough I had never got the best achievements before this, but I am very thankful to God. I have got 3As for UPSR, 5As for PMR and 4As in science stream for SPM. Physics, chemistry and additional mathematics are the subjects I hate most. However, I hope so I can accept every subjects that I have now in this college. I need to improve myself so that I able to  help my parents next.
Myself improvement plan is just like I want to wake up at 6.00am everyday and get to bed before midnight. Not forget to done my prayers five times a day. I put Allah on the first stage, then my parents and family, and then study, boyfriend and friends as an important people in my life. I have to reduce clutter and simplify it to avoid stress. Next, I need to remain positive and learn to listen instead of just waiting to respond. Commit to being the best version of myslef all the times.
As a hostel student, time management is important. If I refuse to manage my time properly, I will suffer at the last minute. Working on time is the best way to be succeed. Put others first and start doing assignments. In addition, I have to spend at least 1 hour each day for reading. Spend more time finding solutions and spending no time finding excuses. Other than that, I need to remind myself to speak only words that build others up and never words that tear others down. Then, I will always keep in touch with my family on a regular basis and call or spending time with friends daily.
I hope with these self-improvement plans, I will be a better person and  be the most respectful and courteous person. Lastly, I wish my name will be in the dean list of KPTM Ipoh for every semester. Thank you.
